Part:BBa_K3453005
Synthetic RBS stem-loop designed for standard toehold switches
This part is a synthetic stem-loop containing an RBS that was designed by Pardee et al. [1] to be part of a toehold switch.
Usage and Biology
This RBS stem-loop was used to drive the expression of sfGFP-LVAtag (BBa_K2675006) under the control of the T7 promoter (BBa_K2150031) in the composite part BBa_K3453105.
It was also included in the toehold switches we designed to be specific for rosewood (BBa_K3453011, BBa_K3453012, BBa_K3453013, BBa_K3453031, BBa_K3453032, BBa_K3453033, BBa_K3453051, BBa_K3453052 and BBa_K3453053) or grapevine (BBa_K3453079 and BBa_K3453080).
